Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are FINAL unless there is an error on our end.

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Lace must be uncut and ties intact
  • No combing, washing, installing, or product use
